Basic is $99, Premium is $199 and Premium Plus is $349, each including a six-month MLS listing for a one-time package fee. Review the included services before selecting a plan. Any compensation you offer a buyer’s broker is separate and negotiable. Closing costs and other transaction expenses are additional.
