Questions about requests and support
How do I request a listing change?
Use the Listing Changes request for updates to property details, remarks, features, or other active-listing information.
Can I upload new photos after my listing is active?
Yes. Use the Listing Photos request to submit new or replacement photos. Photos remain subject to the selected package limits and applicable MLS requirements.
Can I change my asking price?
Yes. Submit an Update Listing Price request for your active MLS listing. You remain responsible for approving the new asking price.
How do I request an open house?
Use the Request Open House workflow to provide the proposed date and event details for open-house promotion.
Can I extend my listing?
You can submit an extension request. Availability, timing, and current terms are confirmed when the request is reviewed.
Where do I submit an offer or contract?
Use the support links in the Offers and Documents section to start an email request. The review and support available depends on your selected package or service.
Is document review legal advice?
No. AI-assisted and broker-reviewed document support can help identify and organize important information, but it is not a substitute for advice from an attorney.
Which resources are included with my package?
Availability depends on the selected package or service. Premium and Premium Plus include AI-assisted contract and document review and electronic signatures. Premium Plus includes one-on-one broker and transaction support as described in the package.

Premium · $199: Up to 25 AI Photo Enhancements, up to 5 AI Virtually Staged room images, and up to 5 revisions total across both services. These allowances are separate from the 50 MLS listing-photo limit.
Premium Plus · $349 — Maximum Exposure: Up to 50 AI Photo Enhancements, up to 10 AI Virtually Staged room images, and up to 10 revisions total across enhancement and staging. These allowances are separate from the 100 MLS listing-photo limit. Existing purchases retain their saved package allowances.
Photo enhancement improves listing photographs while preserving an accurate representation of the property. Virtual staging can digitally furnish suitable empty rooms. All AI image work is subject to brokerage review, accurate property representation and appropriate virtual-staging disclosure.
